| Delicious Baked Honey Apples Ingredients (to serve 4): 4 mediuim sized baking apples, 4 large tablepoons of honey, 2 ounces of any dried fruit, and a little butter. Method: Wash and core apples, do not peel them. Stand the apples in a well buttered oven dish. Fill the cavity made by coring with the dried fruit to the top. Pour warm honey into the cavity until it runs over a little onto the sides of each apple. Pour water around the apples (about a quarter of a pint). Bake at the bottom of the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C. Serve hot with custard or cream! From Harey |

| Honey Rolls Ingrediants: Bread Dough Chopped Chestnuts Honey Cherry Small twig (Tooth Pick) Instructions Lay out the bread dough in a circle. Por honey on top, and them sprinkle the chopped chestnuts on the honey. Roll the dough up in a circle, with the honey and chestnuts inside. Fold and tuck in the corners so the honey doesn't drizzle out. Through the middle, stick a small twig, (ooc: Toothpick. I don't think they have those in Redwall) through the center, and stick the cherry through the top of the twig. Enjoy! By Nutty Bushtail |
