MySource Matrix 3.28.9 Released

The core download of the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS). Version 3.28.9 is the final release of the 3.28.x branch (released in May) and contains 25 bug fixes and 4 minor enhancement.
Users currently running v3.28.8 should upgrade to this latest version. To upgrade your system, please follow the standard minor upgrade guide on the MySource Matrix website.
