Japan Nuke Alert to Chernobyl Level

Japan's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency has raised the alert level in the crisis at its Fukushima Daiichi plant from 5 to 7, the highest level on an international scale, matching the 1986 disaster at Chernobyl.
